Tofu Vegan Golders Green

It's the first time we tried vegan Chinese food and we were blown away, how great an alternative it is to meat ! The fish & chicken dishes tasted similar to the real thing. My wife is native Chinese & stated it is authentic, as well as tasty. Staff and service is great as well and the new deco, from it's previous occupancy looks good. Highly recommend vegan Chinese food :-)

I will start by saying that I am not vegan- however you don't need to be to appreciate how superb the food is here. This restaurant offers a delicious range of food and an incredible dining experience, spreading the message that a plant-based diet doesn't just have to consist of salads and chickpeas. We ordered several dishes and I was blown away by every single one. The richness and variety of flavours has earned this restaurant a spot as one of my all-time favourites, and I seriously can't wait to come back here. Even my brother, who has meat with almost every meal, was extremely impressed and commented that the Peking duck was indistinguishable from the real thing. Seriously, whether you are vegan or not, if you love Asian-style food I would strongly recommend a visit here. You will not be disappointed.

Finally tried this much-hyped vegan chain! I came on a Sunday for lunch with a friend and it's absolutely empty when I walked in at 1pm. The staff member very helpfully explained the menu to us and recommended us a few dishes to try. We decided to go with the spicy dumplings, cold sweet potato noodles in peanut and spicy sauce and the stir fry mushrooms with cashew nuts. They were all really tasty but my favourite was the dumplings. They had a mushroom filling which was savoury and well-marinated although the sauce could have been spicier for me. I like the sweet and savoury sauce the stir fry mushrooms had, went really well with a bowl of rice. The service we received was great, all staff were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was really relaxing too, with only a few customers around so we could chat without distractions and noises. I would definitely want to come back and try some of the tofu dishes next time.

I had an amazing experience at Tofu Vegan! Every dish was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The tofu was cooked to perfection ,crispy on the outside, soft and silky on the inside. The menu offers a great variety, from hearty mains to fresh salads and even indulgent desserts. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better. The cozy, welcoming ambiance makes it perfect for a casual meal or a relaxed outing with friends. If you love vegan food or want to explore plant-based dishes, Tofu Vegan is a must-visit. I can’t wait to go back!

Incredible Chinese food, which happens to also be vegan. As a non-vegan you could not tell the difference. High quality and flavoursome meals! With attentive and friendly staff and very efficient service. Will definitely be visiting again.

This may be my favourite restaurant in London. I go there every month, because it always feels like a feast. By this point I’ve tried pretty much everything on their menu, but there are some staples I always go back to. No matter what I choose, I know everything will be delicious and I will crave it for the rest of the month. Also, the staff are all absolutely wonderful and always make it a lovely, cosy experience.

Wow! What amazing food - based on my first visit here today. I could easily say this is the tastiest food I've ever had, I've never been so delighted after eating at a restaurant. I'm already planning to visit again and try other items on the menu. The staff are so sweet and kind, the female server on shift today was lovely and warm. The young man and older gentlemen were polite and helpful. Love that the staff were topping up our waters often, very attentive and considerate. This is now my favourite restaurant!!

Gem of a place for vegetarians and vegan lovers. All the dishes we tried were so good and yummy in taste, different from each other with new flavours. Best one we liked are the mushroom and tofu starters. Dumplings were also authentic and good in taste.
